What is your Returns Policy?

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Change of mind returns:
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Riverina Model Cars Plus will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
  • You call or email us as soon as possible after receiving the item.
  • You return the item within 14 days of purchase;
  • If the return is due to being damaged on arrival, we will either replace with the same model where available or credit in full the model excluding shipping costs (to send and return the model). 
  • You present a copy of the tax invoice you received at the time you return the item.
  • Items returned must reach us in a sellable condition. This means that unopened boxes and models must be in mint condition with all packaging, strapping and fixing screws in place as it was sent to you.
If these requirements are not satisfied Riverina Model Cars Plus reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.
Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your preferred exchange item provided we have it available in stock. If we don’t have it in stock we will ask you for an alternative preferred exchange item. Delivery costs are not included in exchanges, these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Call or email us to organise a refund or exchange.
Other returns:
Riverina Model Cars Plus will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:
  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product does not match our description; and
  • You can present your Riverina Model Cars Plus receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
For exchanges which are the result of you having received an item which is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you will not be charged any delivery costs in returning your item or in receiving your exchange item. Please allow 7 to 10 working days to process your return from the time Riverina Model Cars Plus receives your returned item.

How will my information be used? 

Riverina Model Cars Plus is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information obtained from you for the purposes of executing a refund or exchange will be handled in accordance with Riverina Model Cars Plus privacy policy.

How are items delivered? 

All shipping is handled by Australia Post and shipped via Receipted Delivery (or Registered) Parcel Post or Express Parcel Post.
All items will be delivered according to Australia Post’s delivery practices and conditions, including no after hours or weekend deliveries. We recommend you use the link provided by Australia Post to review customer loss and liability.
  • Without exception, goods will not be shipped without payment in full.
  • We use “Flat Rate” charges for shipping all of our items.
  • Once payment is received all orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.  (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items are calculated based on the total weight (volumetric or actual – which ever is greater) of the item/s ordered.

International Postage.    (Non Australian destinations).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, so please request a quote.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Non Australian destinations can sometimes be expensive. To find out the postage before purchasing please send a message from the ‘Contact Us’ link with the item/s you wish to purchase and your country and we will get back to you ASAP.
All delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight (volumetric or actual – which ever is greater) of the item/s ordered.

All our parcels are sent via Air mail. Please review the URL below to ensure we can send parcels to you via Air Mail.

Do you accept Preorders?

We welcome Preorders on all future releases listed on the Riverina Model Cars Plus website with a deposit required. This ensures that you get the model you want, especially those popular items which are in high demand.
Orders for multiples of the same model are subject to availability at release date. It is our intention that as many customers as possible are given the opportunity to purchase the model at release.
  • Deposit required as per listing.
  • Final payment is required when the model has arrived in store.
  • All prices quoted are correct at the time of listing but may differ at time of release.
  • Preorders must be paid for within 7 days.
  • Items not collected or paid for maybe resold to the next available customer and Riverina Model Cars Plus reserves the right to do so.
If you wish to make a preorder we will require your deposit full name, best contact phone number, and clear identification of the model that you are preordering. We will confirm you’re preorder by return email. Shipping is extra, ask us for a quote.
When you preorder your products from Riverina Model Cars Plus, you never have to worry about missing your favorite collectables again.
